As a part of Govt. of India Initiative, Reserve Bank of India and concerned bank has allotted nationwide Customer Service Point (CSP) with the engagement of KIOSK OPERATORS in order to provide Banking Services to the people living in Rural/Semi-Urban areas as well as far flung remote areas where Bank Branches are not available.
For smooth functioning of Customer Service Point (CSP) by KIOSK OPERATORS, a common online platform (Website) has been developed which is ready to provide all sorts of Technical Informations/Supports and day to day informations/updations/upgradations related to Banking Financial Services in and around us.
